He was the son of the late Stanley Sherry and the late Stella Choplinski Sherry. The beloved husband of Frances M. Sherry for 54 years. Loving father of Karen, Tom, and Lillian. Cherished brother to Louie, James, Joan and Joseph. Adored grandfather of Robert, Julia and Katelyn.

A Funeral service will be at 11:30 am on Tuesday at Our Lady of Poland R. C. Church located at 35 Maple Street Southampton, New York with Father Janusz Lipski. Interment will follow at Sacred Hearts R.C. Cemetery in Southampton, NY.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on September 24, 2013 at the O'Connell funeral Home, 30 Little plains Road, Southampton, New York.
