Thomas was born July 26, 1959 to Peter and Dorothy Manglaviti. He was a culinary connoisseur with a passion to experience life and be outdoors but first and foremost he was and will always be remembered as a loving dedicated father and husband. Thomas is survived by his wife, Giovanna, his daughter Sabrina and his sons Thomas, Alessandro and Nicholas. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the O'Connell Funeral Home in Southampton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Sacred Hearts of Jesus & Mary RC Church in Southampton. Interment will follow at Sacred Hearts RC Cemetery in Southampton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Time for Teens Inc. A local non for profit organization that provides bereavement counseling and retreats to teenagers. Donations may be made to "Time for Teens, Inc.", C/O Laraine Gordon, PO box 552, Southampton, NY 11969 or "East End Hospice", PO Box 1048, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978.Thomas Anthony Manglaviti, of Fresno, California died Sunday, December 25, 2011 in Southampton after a battle against stomach cancer.
