Visitation will be held for 80 year old North Sea resident Saverio "Sal" Scontrino on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the O'Connell Funeral Home located at 30 Little Plains Rd. in Southampton. Saverio was an active 38 year member of the North Sea Fire Department. To honor him Firematic services will be held Friday night at 8:00 PM at the O'Connell Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 9:00 AM at Our Lady of Poland RC Church in Southampton. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
