Kenneth E. Bennett a long time resident of Southampton passed away at his home on December 3, 2020. He will be most remembered by locals as the man in the red truck snoozing at the beach. Serving 30 years in the Southampton Fire Department and 22 years working for the Village of Southampton. Mr. Bennett was loved and admired by many and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A graveside Southampton Fire Department Firematic Service will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Sacred Hearts RC Cemetery in Southampton at 11:30 AM.
