Candice Nelson was the daughter of the late Lewis A Blydenburgh Jr. She is survived by mother Elaine Berkoski, her two sons Scott and Michael Nelson and brother Lewis E. Blydenburgh and her best friend of 42 years Stacy Yamka.
Candice had many passions, she was passionate about horses. As a teenage she won many awards at the Sagaponack Horse Shows. Candice was around horses for a good part of her life. She worked for a time at a local horse rescue. She also loved playing the flute and won top awards in the High School NYSSMA program. She loved to crochet beautiful blankets. She loved spending time at the beach fishing, clamming and crabbing. Most of all she loved spending time with her son Scott and Michael and chatting it up with Stacy. Candice was employed by Cromer’s Market when she passed. Due to covid we will hold a service in the spring/summer. Candice will remain forever be in our hearts.
